road, our Rustic Alaskan Lodge is the independent traveler's choice for economy lodging,
delicious food, and friendly service.
The Salmon Bake is located at mile 238.5 on the George Park's Highway right along the Park's main pedestrian walking path, and we are within walking distance to most of the area's activities and shops, including the Park's Visitor Access Center and the Park road's bus depot. We share a common deck with Denali 's best gift shop The Denali Outlet Store.
We are Alaskan owned and operated, and for over 20 years,
have been dedicated to enhancing our guests' Denali experience by providing them with sound
local advice and assistance in booking their area activities.
We provide FREE SHUTTLE service to and from the Park's Visitor Access Center, the Park road bus depot, the train station as well as all area activities and hotels. Just call 907-683-2733, and we'd be glad to come get you.

Since 1984, THE BAKE, as the locals refer to it, has been an Alaskan "Eating and Drinking Landmark." Our restaurant uses the freshest ingredients from local Alaskan suppliers. If you eat here once, you'll definitely be back.
