Manager on Duty

Restaurant experience a plus. We are looking for individuals to be our restaurant, hotel, and/or bar manager while ownership is not present. This person should have leadership and customer service skills and be good at delegating authority. You will be in charge of the staff and handle all customer inquiries. You must be willing to handle volatile situations and discipline staff. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking managerial experience. Salary D.O.E. You can walk away from this job and have the background to manage any restaurant in the world.

Front Desk/Tour Desk

The front desk is a very important position in that you are the first voice and face of the Salmon Bake. You must be friendly, courteous, a good sales person, and good at multi-tasking because when it gets busy, it can be hectic. The front desk's primary duties are answering phones, taking room reservations, checking guests into their cabins, cashing checks, placing guests to go and employee meal orders and selling tours and t-shirts. The selling of tours and t-shirts will pay you a commission, and if you excel at it, you can earn good money. One of the perks of this position is you get to try every activity for free because our vendors want you to sell their tours. This position pays $8 hr + 1 hr bonus.

Shuttle Drivers

You must have a good driving record and no alcohol-related violations. The shuttle driver's main job is safely transporting guests between the Bake and different area venues. Obviously, the guests' safety will be your primary concern. It is very important you obey all the traffic laws and to follow all the different properties' traffic rules and patterns. When you are not driving the shuttle, you are expected to assist the wait staff. Your duties will include bussing tables, expediting food, and performing janatorial tasks. PM shifts include bar security, which entails checking IDs and collecting a cover charge for the bands. Shuttle drivers at the Bake tend to make very good tips. This position pays $8hr + $1 per hour bonus.

Bus Drivers

FREE TRAINING TO EARN A CDL!! Great opportunity to learn a new profession. CDL-Drug Test Required. You must have a good driving record and no alcohol-related violations. The Bus driver's main job is safely transporting guests and employees between the Bake and our Healy Properties which include employee housing. Obviously, the guests' safety will be your primary concern. This position pays $10hr + $1 per hour bonus + great tips.

Maintenance

POSITION FILLED

Only experienced people with good driving record need apply. This position is responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of our property. You will also be responsible for driving our water truck and our trash trailer to and from the waste management facility. This position pay is D.O.E.

P.M. Line Cook

Prepares food for guests in accordance with the recipes set by the executive chef. You will be responsible for ensuring meal quality and guest satisfaction. Experience preferred, which includes knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the culinary field. You must be able to follow your supervisor's instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of this job. This position pays $10hr + $1 per hour bonus + daily tips.

Breakfast Cook

Housekeepers

If you enjoy working alone, listening to music, and consider yourself a cleanly person, this job is for you. You are responsible for the housekeeping of our 12 cabins. This position pays $8hr + $1 per hour bonus.

Prep Cooks

If you think you might like working in a kitchen, but don't have much experience this is a great entry-level position. You will be responsible for the preparation of raw foods into an approved recipe format in preparation for cooking. You must be detail oriented and able to follow instructions. This position pays $8hr + $1hr per hour bonus.

Dishwashers

If you like working alone and earning tips in a laid back atmosphere, this job is for you. We have the latest technology in our dishwashing machine in hopes of making your job easier. This position pays $8hr + $1 per hour bonus + daily tips.

Bussers

This is a great entry level position to gain restaraunt experience. This is a fast paced position and you will earn good tips if you like to hustle. You will be responsible for clearing our guests' tables and re-setting the tables. You will also be support for the waitstaff. This position pays $8hr + Tips.

Hostess

Experience helpful. The host/hostess is the face of our restaraunt. This position requires a friendly tempermant but also the ability to manage and seat 200 people in our restaraunt. The hostess earns $8hr + excellent tips.

Servers

We are a fast-paced restaurant serving excellent food, and we hold our wait staff accountable to a high level of service standards. Only experienced wait staff need apply. Banquets experience helpful. Our system is automated for efficiency. You must be 21+ years old, so you may serve alcohol. You will be required to have a TAM card for serving alcohol, and all servers are required to tip their support staff .0425% (AM) and .0475% (PM) of their net sales. This position pays $7.75hr, and you will earn excellent tips.

Bartenders

Only experienced bartenders need apply. We are a fast-paced bar and serve many specialty drinks. We hold our bartenders to the highest of standards. You must be friendly and honest and work well with others. This position pays $7.75hr + tips.

Food Expediters

The food expediter is the link between the kitchen and the wait staff. Your primary duty is to make sure all food orders are prepared properly, to supply the proper condiments and garnishes to each plate and to hand off the complete order to a food runner who will bring the order to the guests. In addition, if the wait staff has problems with any meals, they will come to you and you will inform the kitchen of the necessary corrections or changes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining restaurant experience. This position pays $7.75 plus good daily tips.

Bar Back

The bar back's position is to make sure the bartenders have everything they need to do their jobs. The bar back's duties include collecting and washing glasses, stocking beer and liquor as well as janatorial duties to ensure the bar stays clean. This job requires heavy lifting, and you must be 21+. This is a great entry-level position for someone who wants bar experience. Make no mistake about it, this is a very demanding job, and the bartenders tip good barbacks very well. This position pays $8hr + tips

Base Camp Manager

As Manger of our employee housing camp your primary duties will be ensuring Camp Saftey, checking employees in and out of their rooms and enforcing camp rules. You will also be required to keep the camp clean including the restrooms and set up breakfast daily. We prefer a non-drinker for this position. Salary D.O.E. Room and Board included since you will be living in the camp and be on call 6 days per week. This is a great opportunity for somebody who wants to save all their earnings over the summer.
