The Denali Park Salmon Bake specializes in feeding Tour Groups. We have over 25 years of experience in The Denali hospitality industry. We have groups from the lower 48, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, Argentina, Mexico, Italy and Canada that return year after year. Contact us about your specific needs - we can cater to any taste.
The key to our success is simple; we understand that your guest's meals need to be hot, delicious, well portioned and ready to serve when you arrive. We also understand that we have to be able to accommodate "the finicky guest" and last minute special requests on the fly.
The Denali Park Salmon Bake is locally owned and we offer the best value in our area. Your guests will leave feeling they had a true Alaskan experience. We are often told our quirky old building and enthusiastic wait staff are second to none.

Tour directors and bus drivers eat for free as long as there are 10 paid guests per complimentary meal.
In 2009 we provided box lunches to over 10,000 tourists. We can deliver right to your tour bus at your hotel 24 hours per day.
